Chief Executive Officer
Dominic Brisby was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company on January 1, 2026. Prior to serving as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Brisby was Executive President from November 3, 2025 until he assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Nomad Foods, Mr. Brisby served as President of North America and Europe at Flora Food Group, a global plant-based food company from January 2024 until November 2025 and as Flora Food Group’s President of Europe from December 2021 to January 2024. Prior to joining Flora Food Group, Mr. Brisby held various positions of increasing seniority over a 22-year career at Imperial Brands PLC from 2009 until 2021. During his time at Imperial Brands, Mr. Brisby held several country level leadership positions through Eastern and Western Europe before assuming the role of President, Europe, Africa and Australasia in 2014. In November 2017, Mr. Brisby served as the President, USA, Europe and Asia of Imperial Brands PLC and, from October 2018 to November 2021 he served as President, Americas, Africa, Asia and Australasia. In addition, in 2020 Mr. Brisby served as interim co-CEO. Mr. Brisby has over 25 years of consumer products experience and holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
Chief Financial Officer
Ruben Baldew has served as Chief Financial Officer of Nomad Foods since June 2024. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Baldew was Chief Financial Officer of Accell Group from November 2018 until October 2023. During his tenure at Accell Group, he led multiple value creation initiatives prior to the successful sale of the business. Before Accell Group, he spent over 17 years at Unilever, starting his professional career within the Ice Cream and Frozen Food Europe division and going on to hold finance roles across supply chain, procurement, marketing and sales in various European and Asian markets. Mr. Baldew studied tax law at Leiden University and has an Executive Master of Finance and Control from Maastricht University.
Chief Supply Officer
Eduardo Bachiega joined Nomad Foods in July 2021 as Group Director of Planning & Supply Chain Go to Market and was appointed Chief Supply Officer in December 2022. He is responsible for the entire end-to-end supply chain organisation including strategy, manufacturing operations, planning, procurement, logistics and customer service. During his more than 20-year career, Eduardo has built a wealth of global supply chain experience, leading end-to-end operations turnaround and M&A integrations across Latin America, USA and EMEA, for a number of globally recognised organisations, including Unilever and Mead Johnson Nutrition. He joined Nomad Foods from Mattel, where he was Supply Chain Director, EMEA, covering operations in over twenty markets. Eduardo is passionate about entrepreneurship and has experience as a non-executive board member with several start-ups.
President UK & Ireland
Simon Ball was appointed President UK & Ireland of the Company on March 23, 2026. Prior to that he was Managing Director Ornua Foods UK & Europe, sitting on the Global Commercial Leadership Team and leading a portfolio that included Pilgrims Choice and Kerrygold, alongside major private-label business. Prior to joining Ornua, Mr. Ball held various senior roles at Greencore between 2020 and 2022, leading the M&S-dedicated sandwich and sushi business and sitting on the Group Senior Leadership Team. This followed time as Head of Trading for Produce and Horticulture at Marks & Spencer from 2019 to 2020. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ball spent five years as a Managing Director at William Jackson Food Group. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of a key business unit within IPL Ltd., part of the Asda group. This followed a decade-long tenure at William Jackson Food Group, during which he held two Managing Director positions and established the company’s strategic sourcing office in Spain.
President Southern Europe
Jon Fernández de Barrena was appointed President Southern Europe of Nomad Foods in April 2026. Prior to that he was CEO for three years at Alvinesa Natural Ingredients, a portfolio company of ICG private equity group. Mr. Barrena began his career in finance and consulting, working at Goldman Sachs in Paris and London, followed by roles at McKinsey & Company and the private equity firm Candover. In 2010, he joined Imperial Brands as Director of Business Intelligence and Planning, later moving into international leadership roles within Imperial Brands, including Managing Director of Imperial Brands Vietnam and Head of Indochina (Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia). After a period as General Manager for Southwest Europe at Kraft Heinz, he returned to Imperial Brands in 2017 to run the Iberian cluster and was promoted in 2019 to General Manager for Western Europe, overseeing key markets such as Spain, France, Portugal and Benelux. He holds a degree from the School of Economics and Business Administration at Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) and an MBA from Harvard University.
President Central Europe
Dior Decupper was appointed President Central Europe of Nomad Foods in July 2026, overseeing operations across DACH and the Nordics. She brings more than 20 years of international experience in the consumer goods industry. Most recently, Dior served as Managing Director DACH and Chief Executive Officer of Reemtsma GmbH at Imperial Brands. Prior to this, she was Group Chief Executive Officer of The Meatless Farm from 2021 to 2022, and held senior leadership roles at Flora Food Group from 2019 to 2021, where she led operations across multiple European markets. Dior brings deep expertise in business transformation, commercial growth and organisational leadership, with experience spanning both public companies and private equity-backed businesses across Europe and Africa. She is also active in the start-up ecosystem, serving as a board member to several early-stage companies and participating in an investor network.
Co-Chairman and Non-Executive Director
Sir Martin Ellis Franklin, KGCN, serves as our co-founder and co-Chairman and is the founder and CEO of Mariposa Capital, a Miami-based family office focused on long-term value creation across various industries, and Chairman and controlling shareholder of Sweet Oak, a diversified platform for consumable products, including Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC and Whole Earth Brands, Inc. Sir Martin is also the co-founder and Co-Chairman of Nomad Foods Limited, the Founder of Element Solutions Inc serving also as its Executive Chairman from 2013 – May 2026, co-Chairman of APi Group Corporation and co-Chairman of TIC Solutions, Inc. Sir Martin was the co-founder and Chairman of Jarden Corporation (“Jarden”) from 2001 until April 2016 when Jarden merged with Newell Brands Inc (“Newell”) serving also as its CEO from 2001 to 2011 and its Executive Chairman from 2011-2016. Prior to founding Jarden in 2001, Sir Martin served as the Chairman and/or Chief Executive Officer of three public companies: Benson Eyecare Corporation, Lumen Technologies, Inc., and Bollé Inc. between 1992 and 2000.
